Your Role:

• Diverse Project Involvement: Engage in various building planning projects, utilizing your expertise across all phases.
• BIM Implementation: Apply Building Information Modeling (BIM) to streamline constructive processes and enhance collaboration.
• 3D Modeling & Documentation: Create detailed 3D models and technical documents for each project stage.
• Project Support: Assist the project manager in organizing and coordinating project activities.
• Effective Communication: Interact with clients and planning partners to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
• Design & Detailing: Contribute to the design and detailed planning of commercial and industrial projects.
• Drainage Solutions: Develop drainage technical submissions, integrated within the building structure.

Your Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: A strong foundation in engineering, with a solid grasp of constructive, economic, and technical principles.

Remuneration:

Salary will be per the collective agreement for employees of architects and engineering consultants. A competitive overpayment, based on your qualifications and experience, is standard practice.
