Your Role:

• Project Leadership: Take ownership of diverse building projects (industrial, office, commercial, residential) from planning through execution, ensuring seamless coordination with clients and authorities.
• Comprehensive Planning: Prepare detailed submission, execution, and construction plans, leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborative Approach: Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, fostering open communication and cooperation.
• Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication with clients and planning partners.

Your Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A degree in architecture or MEP engineering with a passion for building design and construction, or training in structural engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit and MS Office suite.
• Experience: At least three years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Personal Attributes: Excellent teamwork skills, self-motivation, commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently.

Remuneration:

Compensation is in accordance with the collective agreement for employees of architects and engineering consultants. A competitive overpayment based on your qualifications and experience is customary.
